Punta Dominical S.A. is a sophisticated real estate development company in Costa Rica with international expertise and experience. The Company is the largest landowner in the Dominical region with over 2,000 acres under careful control of which 80% will remain as rainforest and natural habitat to keep the character of this place intact. Marisol is part of the Punta Dominical family and is the newest release in a series of boutique real estate developments planned by the company.

The Founder and General Partner of the company, Hal Wright has more than 30 years of real estate development experience. Prior to coming to Costa Rica, Hal developed over 300 hotels across the United States. He was the founder of two publicly traded hotel companies and is a full-time resident of Costa Rica.

Partner with Hal is Manuel Torres. Manuel has worked in the highly competitive and disciplined technology industry, mostly with Intel Corporation. He has served in various executive marketing and business development roles across Asia Pacific, Japan, Latin America, and Europe. Manuel’s extensive travels and understanding of the Latin culture both play key roles in the design of Marisol.
